Sports business meetings

The Sport Business Meetings are conference cycles organized by ISG Sport Business Management 🏟️

During these events, the floor is given to professionals from the sector around the sports business industry. As part of my missions as national communications manager, I participated in the organization of the first edition of this cycle of conferences.

For the event, we rented a TV set and broadcast the meetings live on YouTube. Thanks to our network, we managed to invite influential personalities from sports business, all presented by the excellent Carine Galli.

My missions :

- Event organization: general organization of the event, ticketing management, management of backstage filming with our videographer service providers.

- Production of different videos for social networks: Storyboarding, writing interview questions, filming management, planning posts on social networks.

- Creation of graphic assets: set dressing as well as live, creation of graphic assets for the Instagram account.

- Relay on social networks: live tweet of the event, Instagram story animation during the event, writing of an article.
